Program Status

Program Participants
- Are student leaders with a variety of backgrounds, majors, and political perspectives
- Demonstrated civic engagement and leadership potential
- Have the capacity to participate fully in initiative requirements
- Show interest in careers in public service, policy, or community leadership

Requirements
- Current undergraduate student in good academic standing
- Demonstrated leadership experience (student government, campus organizations, community involvement, etc.)
- Genuine interest in fiscal policy and civic engagement
- Available for weekly spring semester commitments
- At least 18 years old
Application Process
Application Components
- Basic demographic and academic information
- Leadership experience documentation
- Essays on fiscal policy, interest, and career goals
- Commitment confirmation for initiative participation
Selection Process
- Applications reviewed by Cohort Leads and Campus Compact staff
- Focus on leadership potential, fiscal policy interest, and program fit
- Regional groups will include 14-15 students each, representing diverse perspectives and backgrounds
