Program Participants

  • Are student leaders with a variety of backgrounds, majors, and political perspectives
  • Demonstrated civic engagement and leadership potential
  • Have the capacity to participate fully in initiative requirements
  • Show interest in careers in public service, policy, or community leadership

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate student in good academic standing 
  • Demonstrated leadership experience (student government, campus organizations, community involvement, etc.) 
  • Genuine interest in fiscal policy and civic engagement 
  • Available for weekly spring semester commitments 
  • At least 18 years old

Application Components

  • Basic demographic and academic information  
  • Leadership experience documentation  
  • Essays on fiscal policy, interest, and career goals  
  • Commitment confirmation for initiative participation  

Selection Process

  • Applications reviewed by Cohort Leads and Campus Compact staff  
  • Focus on leadership potential, fiscal policy interest, and program fit
  • Regional groups will include 14-15 students each, representing diverse perspectives and backgrounds
