Representative Gallagher is serving his second consecutive term in Congress. Prior to representing Wisconsin’s eighth district, Representative Gallagher served seven years in the Marine Corps, earning the rank of Captain. As such, his priorities while in Congress are national defense, including reversing defense spending cuts, foreign policy, tax reform, Congressional term limits, reducing student loan debt, protecting Wisconsin’s agriculture and making cybersecurity a national security issue.
