As a freshman member of Congress, Representative Stevens campaigned on the need for affordable healthcare for all Americans, growing a new economy, providing quality education to students, creating commonsense gun laws, and developing a plan for immigration. Representative Stevens has been named to the House Committee on Education and Labor and is a member of the Gun Violence Prevention Task Force.
